In the meantime, Netflix continues to improve its service and mobile application with new features, and the latest allows automatically download new episodes of your series favourites.
Netflix has just launched the Android version of the app and soon on iOSa new feature called “Smart Downloads” or “Smart Downloads”.
When the user has just finished watching a series episode in offline mode, this new feature will automatically download the next episode of the series and put it in the playlist.
This should save storage space on smartphones and tablets while preventing users from searching for the next episode to watch offline.
“Smart Downloads” only activates when users are connected to a Wi-Fi network and that they just finished a episode. It is also possible to disable this feature in the app settings.
This feature should arrive very soon in the iOS version of the Netflix app.
