I just saw on my developer account iPhone than the
iPhone firmware 3.0 as well as SDK update are available for
members of the iPhone Developer Program. . 
We also note that we have access to the description of
new APIs.
Apple has made available a guide to find out if your
app is compatible with the firmware 3.0.
